We are currently accepting resumes from qualified individuals interested in consulting
and/or for-hire positions related to the following activities and projects in the NYC area :

Accreditation Professionals: "mock survey" (onsite & remote)
Health Care Clearinghouse, Claims, Payment Activities (on-site & remote)
Utilization Review (on-site)
Clinical Compliance Reviews (on-site & remote)
Incident Management (onsite & remote)
Statistical Analysis (onsite & remote)
HIPAA Project Management (on-site)

The accreditation professional positions require applicable professional degrees (MD, DO, RN, NP, Doctorate, MBA, MPH, CPA, MSW, etc.) and at least 3 years leadership involvement in preparing (or maintaining) health care entities for accreditation surveys by the JCAHO, NCQA, URAC, CARF, COA, or other national accrediting organizations.

The health care clearinghouse, claims, and payment-related activities require at least 3 years involvement in conducting Medicare & Medicaid enrollments, eligibility verifications, institutional claims submission & claims resolution.  Clearinghouses and/or billing companies that are certified to transact HIPAA-compliant transmissions are encouraged to apply for outsourcing opportunities.

The utilization review and compliance review positions require a Masters degree in a health / behavioral health (or related) field, and at least 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital, residential, or outpatient setting.  An RN with a BSN, or a PA with a BA/BS may be substituted for the Masters degree.

The incident management positions require a Bachelors degree and data entry skills.  A high school diploma and current enrollment in an accredited college program, or at least 3 years experience as an office manager in a health or behavioral health setting may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree.

The statistical analysis positions require a Ph.D. degree in mathematics or statistics with a focus on inference control and/or probability modeling, especially as that subject matter expertise relates to analyzing and de-identifying large data sets of health information.  At least 2 years experience is preferred.

The HIPAA project management positions require a Bachelors degree, expert knowledge of the HIPAA regulations, and at least 2 years experience overseeing the project management of IT activities in a hospital setting or large physician group.

All of the above positions require:

  • Rigorous organization skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to gain & maintain the trust and cooperation of clinicians and program staff
  • Attaining stated goals and objectives while working with a minimum of supervision
  • Strict adherence to health information privacy
  • Professional presentation and performance


The above positions offer flexible hours, excellent rates of reimbursement, and bonuses
paid for achieving scheduled goals and objectives. No employer benefits are provided.
